Introduction

• Operating multiple accounts

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on dv999 is ৳100 (for each payment method). Deposits can be made using the following methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to deposit.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on dv999 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on the dv999 platform — they cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion can be claimed once only; attempting to use the same promotion on multiple accounts may result in both accounts being terminated.
• dv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on dv999 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Return to Player (RTP) and game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Technical Issues

If your internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, dv999 will attempt to refund the bet amount for that round. However, if the game outcome has already been determined in the server log, that result will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

dv999 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your consistent participation and overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active and regular users. dv999 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
